I use the File Method. The idea of this method is that you file your inserts whole and clip coupons as you need them. I just hate the idea of wasting my time cutting coupons that I will never use. When I get the inserts each week, I separate the Smartsource, Redplum, etc into their own stack. Then I label the front of the inserts with the date of issue and put the inserts together in a Ziploc bag or a file folder. Many times I will cut the HOT coupons and put them in a small coupon clutch and keep it with me at all times. As you coupon you will find the best organizational method that fits you.
